There is a move that hits the whole body and increases strength and mass at the same time . That move is called deadlifts.
You can do deadlifts with either a barbell or dumbbells. I prefer a barbell. You grab the bar with a shoulder width grip, legs spread out shoulder width. You start the move in a squat with your lower back straight at all times. Using your legs you grip the bar and lift up until your standing straight up. That would be a complete rep of a deadlift.
3-5 sets of this move with a rep range of 5-10 and you will be on your way to exponential gains in strength and mass. Always use proper form because deadlifts are an exercise that causes a lot of back injuries to those who use improper form.
In conclusion, deadlifts are a great exercise for mass and strength building. It has been proven to increase metabolism and testosterone in the body’s of those who regularly do this exercise.
