I recently changed my diet to one meal a day with a mass gainer protein powder supplement and creatine along with multi vitamins. This blog is being used to quickly share the results.
My day will start with taking care of my hygiene getting dressed and lifting weights on an empty stomach. After the workout I will take a scoop of protein powder with creatine. My first meal does not come until nightfall.
I have done this for three months and the result is I was able to go from 188 pounds to 200 pounds with 20 percent body fat according to my scale. Some people have stated that they are impressed by my mass gain.
I found that my definition has increased in regards to muscularity and my joints have become less stiff and more flexible. There are some who proclaim that the best way to burn fat is to eat every 2-3 hours in order to keep your metabolism roaring. I believe that works also but it is harder to maintain financially and it’s difficult for some to keep that schedule.
In conclusion the diet has worked for me and I would suggest anyone interested to try it for 21 days and see how their body reacts. Also I am not a certified dietician . With this blog I only share what works for me based upon present and past experience. I always say everybody is different . The bodybuilders of antiquity knew this, they broke the differences down into a general three body types, Ectomorph,Endomorph and mesomorph. I’ll cover these body types in another blog in the future, but in a summary an ectomorph has an high metabolism and small joints. An Endomorph tends to gain weight and has a hard time dropping that weight. And an mesomorph can actually shift either way, some would say this person has the best of both worlds.
